This is the Ministry of Water and Environment Website for the Republic of Uganda. This website had been designed before but i was contacted through the office of the Chief Sector Advisor, Mr. Mogens Mechta to help redesign the site to standard.

This is a database driven site with the content completely independent of the site structure. So any changes to the site structure say, a season like Christmas or Easter theme would not affect the content in any way and better still, site updates are non technical

I developed it then trained the staff at the Ministry on how to update the site with content and graphics.

They now do everything themselves.
